Delivery Policy

1. No physical shipment

Shiftlyn is an online service. We do not ship goods, and there are no delivery charges, courier partners, tracking numbers or delivery addresses involved in any purchase.

2. What is delivered, and when

• Free assessment: your risk score, analysis and summary appear on screen as soon as the AI finishes generating them — typically within a minute of submitting the quiz.
• Full report: unlocked on your results page immediately after your payment is confirmed by the payment gateway. There is no waiting period and no manual processing step.
• Emailed copy: where you ask for your report by email, it is sent to the address on your account within a few minutes of the report being generated.
• Saved reports: once you are signed in, your purchased reports stay available on your dashboard for as long as your account exists.

3. Where it is delivered

To the browser session in which you paid, and to the email address associated with your Shiftlyn account. Please make sure that address is correct and can receive mail from us — if our email lands in spam or is blocked by your provider, we cannot control that.

4. If you did not receive your report

Try these first:

• Sign in with the same email address you paid with and open your dashboard — paid reports are attached to that account.
• Check your spam, promotions and updates folders for the email.
• Reload the results page. If a payment succeeded, the unlock is restored automatically.

If it is still missing, email info@shiftlyn.com or use our contact form with your payment ID. We respond within 48 hours and will either deliver the report or refund you under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Service availability

The service is available online across India and internationally. Delivery depends on your internet connection and on our third-party AI, email and payment providers being operational. Where an outage delays generation, the report is delivered as soon as service is restored.
